Thank you for choosing EcoFriendlyGanpati.com for your eco-friendly Ganpati idol. We take great care to ensure every idol reaches you in excellent condition. However, if an idol arrives damaged during delivery, you may request a return or replacement as outlined below.
1. What is a Return?
A return applies only to idols that were home-delivered and are received in a damaged condition when you first open the package. Please inspect your idol upon delivery and notify us immediately if it’s damaged.
2. How Do I Request a Return?
To request a return:

Take clear photos/videos of the damaged idol and packaging.

Include your order number, damage details, and images.
3. Return & Exchange Timeframe
You must report damage and request a return/exchange within 8 hours of receiving the item. We recommend capturing photos or videos while unboxing.
4. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The idol must be in original condition and packaging as delivered.

It must not be tampered with or used after delivery.
5. Refund or Replacement
If an idol is confirmed damaged:

We will refund the full order amount, OR
-
We will replace the idol with a similar idol from our available stock (same style may not always be guaranteed).
Our responsibility applies only until the idol reaches your address.
6. Refund Timeline
Once a return is accepted and processed:

Net Banking: 7–10 business days

Debit Card: 7–10 business days

Credit Card: 7–10 business days
The refund will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
7. Return Logistics
In some cases, we may arrange pickup of the returned idol; pickup timing depends on logistics availability.

Returns due to buyer mishandling or damage after delivery may not be accepted.
